Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, including the diamond certificate; please note that a $200 replacement fee applies if the certificate is missing.
Ship with Insurance
Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality assurance team confirms the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
