What are VRAI created diamonds?
VRAI created diamonds are lab-grown diamonds produced in our zero-emission foundry. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, but without the environmental or ethical toll.
How long does shipping take for fine jewelry?
Most of our fine jewelry pieces are made to order and ship within 10-15 business days. For engagement rings and custom designs, please allow up to 3 weeks for handcrafted production.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard jewelry and engagement rings in their original condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and final sale items are non-refundable.
Do you offer a lifetime warranty?
Yes, every VRAI created diamond comes with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects and provides complimentary cleaning and inspection services.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
We provide one complimentary resizing for most engagement rings within the first year of purchase, provided the resizing falls within the recommended range for the specific setting.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every VRAI created diamond of 0.50ct or larger comes with a digital Diamond Certificate issued by our GIA-trained gemologists, detailing the stone's specific cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
